As the New York Anime Festival attests, Japanese animation isn’t all giant robots and schoolgirl panty-flashes. Turns out it’s mostly giant robot panty-flashes. These days anime culture covers a broad spectrum, from Adult Swim to video games to that section of Waterstones where all the emo kids camp out.
Despite anime’s rampant mainstreaming, one element remains intact — scantily-clad action babes. Even the most tame anime series features at least one doe-eyed hottie who’s prone to bending over for the flimsiest of reasons. Thankfully, events like the NY Anime Festival and the World Cosplay Summit inspire plenty of real-life ladies around the world to don tights, wigs and myriad paraphernalia to celebrate all that is anime.

The End of Savita Bhabhi
The sultry comic star of the Indian pornography industry Savita Bhabhi has been a heart throb of many Indian men. It sure is a shock to know that the Indian MILF will be available no more.
The IT industry banned bhabhi’s site on June 3, without an official announcement or a notification.
The administrators of savitabhabhi.com are working out the legalities and trying to figure out options.
“The initial reaction is since the site does not pose any threat to India’s national security and is not illegal; it must be against international law to block it. However, we are still working on the legal angle” stated Deshmukh, the administrator of savitabhabhi.com.
Who Should Be the Next Wonder Woman?
Another year has passed with no firm date set for the long-rumored “Wonder Woman” movie. To recap the gossip: Joss Whedon was going to helm a flick about the comic heroine, but in 2007 he dropped the project. Now there are rumors that the Wachowskis will direct, as well as some that Jessica Biel or J.Lo will star (which would, of course, be terrible).
Since Hollywood can’t seem to get its act together, we decided that we would take matters in our own hands. We have scoured the earth and feel confident that we have selected the seven most qualified actresses on the planet to star in “Wonder Woman.” Think we’re wrong? There’s an Obama craze going on in comics, and the new president is suddenly showing up in books ranging from “Spider-Man” to “Barack the Barbarian,” where an axe-wielding Obama fights the evil Boosh and Chainknee while Sarah Palin runs around in a wolf-skin bikini, and even an Obama vs. zombies comics team-up with Ash from “The Evil Dead.”
Google Chrome Comic — Remixed, Funny
If you’re an insufferable nerd you might know that Google released an Internet browser. Named Google Chrome, it actually looks like a good piece of software.
Unfortunately there were two problems with its release. One — there was no Mac version. Two — they announced it via a 38-page comic book that, despite the fact that it was drawn by comics genius Scott McCloud, was completely unreadable.
