July 21, 2009 at 2:00 pm (How-to, Love/Dating) (, , , , )

For a lot of guys, the gym seems like a natural place to chat up women. After all, you already know she takes care of her body, and the natural state of red-faced sweatiness makes it pretty easy to imagine her mid-coitus.

Before you set out on your treadmill seduction, however here’s a rule of thumb: Don’t try to score when the object of your desire is in a T-shirt made see-through by her own sweat. Or spread-eagled on a thigh machine. Or grunting, however provocatively, because there’s 5 stone lifted above her head.

Or if you’ve got any of these stunners lined up as your opener.

Gifts for Your Girlfriend — It’s Not Too Late

July 14, 2009 at 6:56 am (Love/Dating) (, , , )

From that first bracelet you bought at the mall for your junior-high sweetheart (the one that went green and gave her a rash as soon as the silver plating wore off) the tendency with girlfriend gifting is to go for the shiny.

Fine and dandy if your lady likes that sort of thing, but what if the relationship hasn’t quite reached the necklace or diamond earring stage? Or the relationship has but your bank balance, not so much? What if, heaven forfend, the woman in question’s interests and passions extend beyond all that glittery stuff?

Women Suffer from Perfectionism!

June 18, 2009 at 11:20 am (Love/Dating) (, , )

New research from the U.S indicates more women rather than men feel inadequately equipped to meet their own high standards with family and workplace commitments.

The study involving 288 adults showed that women suffer more than men when it came to meeting their own expectations. In fact, the researchers stress that perfectionism has a negative effect on the work-life balance. This would be true for men too but women apparently take work ‘too seriously’! Does this explain why women bosses are a pain to work with (forgive us for the sexist observation but its true-women seem to be overly wired at work!)?

Men Just Can’t Help But Look

June 17, 2009 at 10:35 am (Celebs, Humour, Love/Dating) (, , , )

We know we shouldn’t, but we just can’t help it. It’s a primal, uncontrollable urge that draws the eye to lady parts. There is nothing we can do to stop it.

Women need to know — it’s like blinking. We do it because our body makes us, and there’s only so long you can fight the urge before it makes us do it again.

To illustrate this natural impulse, we’ve collected images of media-savvy men who should know how to look suave in front of the camera.
